Who I am
KantLogic is the business of Rutger Kant in the Netherlands. The business details are at the bottom of this page. For anything about your data, email rutger@kantlogic.nl.
02
This website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads nothing from other companies. The web server keeps a technical log (such as IP address and the page requested) for a short time, to keep the site secure.
03
If I emailed you
I contact villas and other accommodation businesses on Lombok and Bali about websites. For that I use business contact details that the business itself publishes, such as the email address on its website. I note where I found it.
I do this on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)): offering a relevant service to a business. I only keep the business name, the published contact details and source, and notes on our contact.
Don't want to hear from me? Reply “no thanks” and I will never contact you again. I then keep only a minimal note that you asked this, so it stays that way. You can also ask me to see or delete your data.
04
If you become a client
I use your details to do the work and to invoice, and keep them as long as the law requires. If I build something that handles guest data for you, such as an assistant, we sign a data processing agreement first.
05
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. If you're not happy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). This also covers Indonesian law on personal data protection (UU 27/2022).
